In this course, you’ll team up with classmates, collaborate with Non-governmental organizations and explore what it means to be an active, responsible citizen. Through hands-on projects and fieldwork, you’ll gain leadership and communication skills while tackling real social issues. At the end of the semester, you'll showcase your project in a student-led TEDU102 Festival with a poster presentation.

Dersin Amacı | This course will help students develop a critical perspective and ethical approach in working with people in different communities and community-based organizations. The objectives of the course are to understand community engagement and working in context; collect, analyze information from the community and develop community engagement projects that would bring mutually beneficial partnerships. The course also aims to support students’ leadership and effective communication skills and raise their awareness regarding sustainable development goals. |
